Stone Dust at Mutt Mitt Stations

Hey all,

Anyone know why a decision was made to replace the grass with stone dust around Mutt Mitt Stations in the neighborhood? This being done at least down at the end of Southern Walk by the townhomes.

My opinion, looks trashy and is already being kicked all over the sidewalk. The grass looked fine around them.

 

just a thought...but dont dogs love to pee on posts? perhaps the dog pee was killing the grass and the crushed rocks was a better option?

I noticed it while i was walking around the neighborhood on Saturday and noticed the update too.

 

That seems reasonable. Grass around a lot of posts is dead.

 

The stone dust is worse.
