Sunday Morning Contractors Start Time

    We woke up this morning at 6:50am to the noise of roofers tearing off our neighbors roof. This was a surprise to me as I thought that construction activities could not start until after 9am on a Sunday morning. Is this correct or am I wrong. Thanks.

    (7) Construction, demolition and/or maintenance activities which produce sound between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. (or until 9:00 a.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays).
