Need Advice Telescopes

    We are thinking about investing in a really good telescope. Does anyone have any knowledge in this area or can make a recommendation? It would be used for sky watching.

    Edmund Scientific - do a Google search for this store/website. It is really a recognized leader in Telescopes and related accessories. Look around and let me know. I have not purchased recently but can help with some of your likely questions.

    I think the other thing to do is to use Youtube. There are a lot of helpful videos there about how to use, etc. Let me know how I might help... and share your thoughts on how you would like to use the telescope and if there are kids.
