VOIP Phone-- Comcast Issue? help please!!

    I have a VOIP polycom phone for work and its taken awhile to get it up and running. Unfortunately, I still can't receive incoming calls. I make outbound calls fine and our internet signal is strong. Comcast says its not there issue and my IT Support says its something in the firewall maybe.

    Any help, advice or suggestions is greatly appreciated!!
