Has anyone played around with www.orb.com ?

You install their software on a desktop PC w/TV-Tuner card.

Then you can use your laptop/PDA/cell phone or any other computer thats connected to the internet to access various media content on the desktop PC.

Once you login via the website, then you can watch live TV, recorded programs, videos, music, or view photos that are stored the desktop PC. You can also schedule recorded programs as well.

What is even more amazing is that they just made the service free.

I've been using it for the past few days and have been amazed at how I can watch live TV on my laptop.

I'll have to check that out. Personally, I use a Slingbox to do all this. www.sling.com
