Home Repair Window Replacement

I'm looking for a company to replace a large picture window. So far the companies that look good according to online resources (BBB, Yelp, etc.) are Firehouse Windows and Siding, Windows on Washington, and American Windows and Siding of Virginia. I don't have a membership with Angie's List to read reviews on that website but at least one of the companies I listed says on their website that they are an Angie's List award winner two years in a row.

Any feedback on any of these companies? Thanks!

 

Any current feedback on window replacement companies?

 

Had a window replaced a few months ago by American Screen & Glass, Inc. Had someone come over for an quote, was given a 2 week window for the replacement window to be installed. Was called within 10 days after the quote, and scheduled and installed just a few days after. Was a simple job.. so not really much to report on, other than the fact that it was prompt, and follow up activities occurred as stated without any fuss without me needing to call and check on status.

I chose this company based on other recommendations elsewhere on this forum. Sterling Glass is also mentioned. A search for "window repair" should locate those posts.

 

I had excellent service from Better Windows by Beth. I had two leaky windows replaced by the company, and they have been great.
