Has anybody used a local designer for window treatments? I have some ideas about what I'd like to do but need some help polishing those ideas and moving them from my brain into the real world. Thanks!

I used Frank Giglio of Value Bling and Heirloom Draperies (703-627-4587) about 3 years ago for custom drapes and a custom carpet for my dining room. He was fantastic and even provided suggestions for paint colors for my house free of charge.

I just re-read what I wrote - it is Value Blind - not Value Bling, although that is a more interesting name!

whew - I was a little hesitant to use a designer who uses "Bling" in their name! :) Thanks!

Blind Shade & Shutter in Leesburg - we've used them twice. Highly recommended

We've also used Frank, he is very nice and patient when dealing with you.
