Wine 101: The Basics, November 12, 7:00pm – 9:00pm

wine-101-graphic“How is it made? Where does it come from? Do those crazy tasting notes really mean anything? And which wines would go well with the holidays? In this course, we’ll answer all of these questions and more, and taste some delicious wines for your holiday table along the way.” Sonya Farrell of Drinking Well has graciously agreed to come to the Broadlands to teach Wine 101: The Basics Class. In this fun and educational class Sonya will teach you about everything that is in your glass from the origins to the science. Her goal is to make wine more accessible to you by taking the intimidation, elitism, and guesswork out of the equation. The evening will begin with a welcome glass of Cuva followed by the class that will begin promptly at 7:30pm. This class is limited to 36 attendees.
