Concrete Jack to Remediate Trip Hazards

Concrete Jack will be performing repair work on HOA owned sidewalks to raise and support or grind down concrete as appropriate, to reduce trip hazards.  They are scheduled to be on site from Monday, February 20th-Thursday, February 23rd. We do not anticipate any significant interruptions in sidewalk access.  Detailed information on the process can be found on their website at http://concretejack.com/sidewalk-repair/.  These repairs are both environmentally friendly (uses existing concrete rather than removing, discarding of, and repouring old concrete) and cost efficient.

Residents Please Read: Tree Removal Guidelines

Trees are an integral part of the overall image and character of Broadlands and must be protected. You are required to obtain approval from the HOA before you can remove trees from your property. Prior to applying, please check your survey plat to verify that the tree is on your property. Tree stumps must be removed below ground level and the area reestablished.

For more details, please refer to the Design Guidelines on Tree Removal or contact our office at 703-729-9704. For general information on the Modifications Subcommittee approval process, click HERE>>
