Please join me and Sarah Gerstein, General Manager of Broadlands HOA, for a Community Round Table Discussion about the ongoing renovation project for the Claiborne Tennis Courts. This meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 23, from 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM at the Broadlands HOA Administrative Office Building located at 21907 Claiborne Parkway.

Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.

In addition to updates on the courts improvements, we’ll also cover:

• A recap of our Summer & Fall 2025 tennis and pickleball programs & camps
• A look ahead at Blue Chip’s Spring, Summer & Fall programming and community events for 2026
• Discussion of court “wish list” items (coolers, equipment, etc.)
• An open floor for feedback, suggestions, and questions
