Christmas Day: No services on Thursday, December 25th. All Services will be moved to Friday, December 26th.

New Year’s Day: No services on Thursday, January 1st. All Services will be moved to Friday, January 2nd.

Christmas tree collection: Collected during the first full 2 weeks of January (January 5th and January 12th) on your yard waste collection day:

  • If a tree is placed curbside for collection on yard waste collection day and is not picked up, please advise residents to LEAVE IT OUT at the curb and collection will be completed as soon as possible
  • All tinsel and decorations must be removed, and trees should not be placed in plastic bags.

The 2026 Operating Budget for Broadlands Association, Inc. has been approved at the November Board of Directors meeting. Below are the new HOA assessments for 2026. These changes will take effect on January 1, 2026, so please ensure the correct amount is reflected in your payment system to avoid late fees. Additionally, please review the links below for the assessment breakdowns, the budget overview, and guidance on confirming your payment system is accurate for 2026. Condo rates are for informational purposes only. Condo owners pay assessments through their condo account.

Snow Removal & Street Maintenance

Please note that Broadlands Association is responsible for maintaining only HOA-owned streets, while the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) handles the maintenance of public roads. If you encounter any issues on the streets, don’t hesitate to reach out to the appropriate contacts below for assistance.
