Electronics Recycling Event this Saturday, Sep 15, Rain or Shine

FREE EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE…

Do you have old TVs, computers, tablets and phones taking up space? Are you worried about confidential data being stolen? Problem Solved! At this Saturday’s recycling event, security technicians will be on site to wipe out your data and recycle your equipment for FREE! Services include the secure destruction of data storage devices (hard drives, magnetic tapes and mobile phones). For details on accepted items, please visit www.broadlandshoa.org/recycle.

Waxpool Elementary – Landscape Meeting Open to Residents

The purpose of the meeting is to respond to community questions raised by residents regarding landscaping, retaining walls,  and similar construction related matters.  Attendance zones will NOT be discussed at this meeting. Fitness Center Remains Closed

Update: The Fitness Center is still inaccessible.  The storm last Friday affected more than one area of the entry-control system.  We have been able to repair some issues, however, we are waiting on contractors to evaluate additional problems affecting the key card access. We are now estimating repair by Monday, September 10th.
